Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for payments made to Coalesce Eventz India Private Limited on the FOAID Platform.

1. FOAID exhibition visitor registration

Visitor registration for FOAID exhibitions is free unless a price is shown at the time of registration. Where no payment is taken, no refund applies. You can cancel a visitor registration at any time by writing to us.

2. The FOAID Ripple Club — refundable registration fee (₹1,000)

• Not selected: if your application is not selected, or is waitlisted and not converted before the event, the fee is refunded in full within 7 working days of our decision.
• Selected members: the fee is refunded in full within 15 days after the event, once all 30 scheduled meetings have been completed and verified through QR check-in on the FOAID app.
• Meetings not completed: if a selected member does not complete all 30 verified meetings, the registration fee and travel reimbursement are not refundable, as brand meetings, travel support and accommodation are reserved for you.
• Cancellation by you: you may withdraw your application before selection by emailing us, and the fee will be refunded in full within 7 working days. After you are selected, withdrawal is treated as “meetings not completed”, unless you cancel at least 15 days before the event, in which case the fee is refunded in full.
• Cancellation by us: if the Company cancels the Ripple Club programme or the event, all fees paid are refunded in full within 7 working days.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you were charged twice or money was debited without a confirmed registration, the extra or unconfirmed amount is refunded in full within 7 working days of verification.

3. Travel reimbursement (selected Ripple Club members)

Flight reimbursement is capped at ₹10,000 for domestic economy travel and is paid within 15 days after the event, after ticket verification and completion of all 30 verified meetings. Accommodation is provided in kind (one night, 4-star hotel, twin-sharing) and has no cash value.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI / bank account / card) used for the payment. Once we initiate a refund, it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• We will email you when a refund is initiated, with the reference number.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email iftikhar.foaid@gmail.com with your full name, registered email / phone, the payment date and the UPI transaction ID (UTR). We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

6. Exhibitors and partners

Stall bookings, sponsorships and brand partnerships are governed by the separate agreement signed with the Company.
