Shipping & Delivery Policy

Coalesce Eventz India Private Limited does not sell or ship physical goods through the FOAID Platform. All our services are delivered digitally or in person at the event venue.

How our services are delivered

• Visitor registration: your confirmation and digital visitor pass (with QR code) are sent instantly by email and WhatsApp, and are available in the FOAID app under My Pass.
• Ripple Club application: you receive an email acknowledging your application immediately after you submit it.
• Ripple Club payment confirmation: after our team verifies your payment, you receive a “Payment successful” confirmation email — usually within 2 working days of payment.
• Selection and onboarding: the selection decision is emailed to you after the curation review. Selected members receive their travel upload link, and, after ticket verification, their hotel and meeting details by email and WhatsApp.
• Event services: conferences, exhibitions, brand meetings and accommodation are delivered in person on the event dates at the venue and hotel communicated to you.

No shipping charges

As nothing is shipped, there are no shipping or delivery charges. Nothing is sent to your postal address.
